The Art of Plants & Bathing
The Art of Plants & BathingDecember 10th-13th, 2026
Plymouth, Vermont
The Art of Plants & Bathing was created to offer an intentional pause in between the holiday season. We will root ourselves for 4 days/3 nights in the green mountains of Vermont to explore the connection between botanical art, plant meditation, and bathing rituals.
We are inviting guests to slow down, re-member and re-connect with nature through both artistic expression and embodied practice in community.
There are no skills or previous experience required. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to show exactly where they are.
This is an inclusive retreat for women from all walks of life, including transgender women and nonbinary folks.
Capacity: 20 people

Plant Meditations
We will sit in meditation with three different plant allies (non psychoactive) and will get to deepen our relationship with them in stillness, allowing for a deeper awareness with the natural world.
We will work with the same plants in the art sessions. Not only as subjects to observe but as sources of inspiration and creativity. From shapes and textures to their patterns and creative intelligence.
We will submerge ourselves in a forest bathhouse for a full session of bathing rituals among sauna, hot tub and cold plunging.
We will experience nourishing local food made by two incredible chefs.
We will listen to our bodies and souls and rest as much as we need to.
Blending creativity, contemplation, and ritual, The Art of Plants & Bathing is an invitation to experience nature not as something separate from ourselves, but as something we can create with, meditate beside, and immerse ourselves within.
