frequently asked questions

• What can I expect from this gathering?

  Each gathering is slightly different from the others, as it all depends on the space where it is held and the time it lasts. Be sure to check out the description for each specific gathering to learn more about what it entails. In all of them we will be tuning with mindfulness, plants and creativity.

• What do I need to bring?

  Just yourself, an open heart and mind! And maybe a journal if you love writing down notes.

• What is included?

  All the materials we will use for our gathering, whether they are art supplies, cacao and/or herbal tea. We will be doing a meditation, and for most of our sessions, both an art theory-based guide and time to create your art piece.

• Something came up and I can’t make it to the gathering

  Please feel free to pass along the ticket to someone you love. If you don’t know anyone who wants to join, please reach out to the space hosting the gathering, as they all have different refund policies.

• Can anyone drink ceremonial cacao?

  Yes, but in different quantities. In case you are pregnant or working with SSRI’s we suggest just having half of your cup of cacao the day of our gathering.
