    Wake to the sunrise, feed the farm animals, ride horses, hike to a waterfall, paint in the sky, connect with your breath and body, deepen your connection with earth’s natural rhythms, our non-spoken languages, dance under a rainbow, be in sisterhood and turn off your phone.

  • Caro Arévalo
    Caro is a Peruvian visual artist based in Upstate, NY. Her artwork explores the biology, folk stories and energetics of plants and fungi. Caro’s creative process entails research in nature, photographing under microscopes, learning ancestral wisdom and developing paintings to portray the natural world.

    Caro embraces the interconnectedness of all beings and the significance of indigenous knowledge in deepening our connection with nature and ourselves. She invites us to cultivate creative alignment and love for Earth.

    Roxy Caicedo
    Roxy is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor. With over a decade of training and experience, Roxy offers an alignment-based practice focused on breath expansion. She cultivates a nurturing, intentional, and inclusive space for practitioners of all levels. Her classes incorporate flexibility, strength, presence, and deep release —providing students with a meaningful and lasting yoga journey.

    Beyond the studio, Roxy is dedicated to creating experiences that encourage a renewed relationship with nature.

  • Capacity: 10 people

    This is an inclusive retreat for women from all walks of life— including transgender women and nonbinary folks.

A non-refundable $250 deposit is required to reserve your spot and room. Monthly payment plans that suit your needs the best will be available after the deposit has been received
