Join us for an enriching gathering that weaves together the heart medicine of cacao, the gentle blessings of flower essences, and the expressive magic of painting.

Los Angeles, California
Sunday, August, 4th
4pm-7pm

Altadena: address will be sent before the gathering

Our journey will be a harmonious blend of inner exploration through a meditation and visualization journey: colors, shapes, and messages emerging for us to then weave into our heart’s expressions. We'll connect with flower essences as allies to bring forth the frequency from our dreams through watercolors and create a visual prayer together.

This gathering is an invitation to be a soulful experience, where creativity and connection flow freely. We look forward to sharing this beautiful journey with you.

Rhythm of workshop

  • Arrival & Setting In: Settle into the serene space, leaving the outside world behind.

  • Welcome: Warm greetings and an introduction to our sacred circle.

  • Opening Prayer: A heartfelt invocation to set our intentions and invite positive energies.

  • Commune with Flower Essences and Cacao: Experience the nurturing combination of flower essences and ceremonial cacao, opening your heart and senses.

  • Meditation and Visualization Journey: Embark on a guided meditation, allowing colors, shapes, and messages to emerge from within.

  • Art Making with Watercolors: Express your inner visions through the fluid and intuitive medium of watercolors.

  • Shares: Come together to share insights, reflections, and the art created during our time.

  • Closing Down the Space: A gentle closing to honor our experiences and energies shared.

About Caro:
Caro is a Peruvian visual artist based in Woodstock, NY. Her artwork explores the plant and fungi kingdoms as seen with our naked eyes and through the microscopes. From her Amazonian heritage, Caro embraces the importance of rituals and ancestral wisdom, of embracing our unity with nature in our daily lives. Her medicine path has taken Caro to study our connections with plant kin, meditation and sound as tools of remembrance. Caro studies under Nana Marina Cruz from the Tz’utujil community from Guatemala, with Florencia Fridman, Cacao Laboratory, Tibet House and others. Caro believes in the power of building non-human relationships and working in honor, reciprocity and respect with the communities that teach us the ways of remembrance. Her calling is to build space for our remembrance and connection to our own natural rhythms, connection to our hearts and nature with art, plant spirits and meditation as allies

About Esmeralda:
Blessings, dear soul, my name is Esmeralda Rose Ealy, born amidst the blossoming spring, I trace my lineage through a spiral of African and indigenous Kalinago-Taino, Caribbean-Arawak origins, also known as Garifunas. As a humble student of our Earth Mother and my Ancestors, I serve as a conduit between the tangible world and the realms unseen, sharing medicine woven deep within my blood. Within the heart temple—the sacred sanctuary of love—I hold space for healing to blossom. From my earliest days, I danced with the unseen realms, guided by the gentle whispers of Grandmother Moon, the wisdom of dreams, and the spirits of plants, animals, and minerals. Amidst the shadows of my abusive upbringing, I found solace and strength in the embrace of these ancient allies. In my teenage years, death's shadow drew near, yet the healing embrace of the plants pulled me back from the brink, cradling me through 13 moon cycles of restoration. Years later, I devoted myself to healing the wounds etched upon my heart, recognizing that the tapestry of shadows and light within me was destined to lead me on a path of remembrance and service—to the Spirit of Healing, to the Sacred Feminine, and to the weaving of my medicine basket. In every breath, I honor the eternal dance of transformation, embracing my role as a vessel for the divine healing energies that flow through me.
