Painting and Cacao in Woodstock ✽ June 8th: A Journey of Creativity & Connection
Painting and Cacao: A Journey of Creativity & Connection ✽
Join Caro on an afternoon of creativity and mindfulness as we gather to drink a cup of ceremonial cacao followed by a painting session where we will be making a meditative mandala with ink and watercolors.
When: Saturday, June 8th 11am - 3pm
Where: Woodstock, NY (address sent upon signing up)
We’ll begin sharing a cup of ceremonial grade cacao. Cacao is a sacred plant which has been revered for millennia as a heartwarming ally. We'll gather in circle and share a cup, setting our intentions for the afternoon ahead. Through guided visualization and meditation, we will delve into the depths of our being. This inner journey will serve as a catalyst for creative expression, as we tap into our innate creativity and allow it to flow freely.
Guided by the heart opening energy of cacao, we'll transition into the world of art and self-expression. The art of mandala making has been practiced across various cultures as a means to channel inner thoughts, intentions and meditations. Under Caro’s guidance, you'll explore the meditative process of painting your own intentional mandala using watercolors. No prior art experience is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to let your creativity flow.
Throughout the afternoon, we'll take moments to reflect on our intentions, fostering a sense of inner harmony and connection with the art we're creating.
We will end the evening by reflecting and sharing the insights that surfaced during the ceremony and the art-making process.

- An open heart and a curious mind
-The art supplies you would like to use, we will have some supplies available as well.
