This yoga mat is your perfect ally for your sweaty yoga flows. Made specially for hot yoga!
The top layer is an ultra absorbent micro-suede which is great for a sweaty practice as it gets more grip the more you sweat. For those who don’t sweat at all and their skin tends to be on the dry side we suggest to always spray some water over the mat for extra grip before using it. Caro doesn’t sweat a lot and does this before every practice and loves it.
If you don’t sweat and don’t want to spray water before you practice this may not be the right mat for you, as the amount of slide in this scenario may not be ideal for your practice and could even be dangerous.
